Clinical Research Center (CRC)
The CRC is a research-dedicated facility providing Investigators with a tranquil environment to conduct pediatric and adult research studies. The outpatient facility is located at 33 Research Way, East Setauket, in SB Research Park. There are four exam rooms equipped with tables and chairs for participants to do questionnaires. It also has a small processing laboratory with CLIA certification, which houses a refrigerated centrifuge and a -80° C freezer for temporary storage. Courier service to the hospital core lab is available.
Investigators wishing to use the CRC to conduct their research studies are charged a fee established by SB hospital.
